Custom Print Policy

At JagzMadeIt, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom prints. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Order & Design Approval

All custom print orders require final design approval before production begins.
Customers are responsible for confirming spelling, placement, colors, and design details.
Once approved, changes cannot be made after production has started.

Pricing

Qty 1 / Sample Order: $40
Qty 2–5: $28 per unit
Qty 6+: Custom pricing available (quote required)

Payment Policy

Full payment is required before printing begins.
Orders over 5 units may require a deposit after the quote is confirmed.

Production Time

Standard turnaround time is 3–7 business days, depending on order size and workload.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee (subject to availability).

Customer-Supplied Items

Customers may provide their own clothing/items for printing.
JagzMadeIt is not responsible for damage caused by material limitations, heat sensitivity, or garment quality.
For best results, we recommend high-quality cotton or print-ready fabrics.

No Refunds / No Returns

Due to the custom nature of printing, all sales are final.
Refunds and exchanges are not available unless the error was caused by JagzMadeIt.

Reprints & Mistakes

A reprint may be offered if:

The print is damaged or incorrect due to our mistake
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery/pickup
Photo or video proof is provided

Color Disclaimer

Print colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, fabric type, and printing method.
Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless requested and approved during design confirmation.

Pickup & Shipping

Customers will be notified when orders are ready for pickup or shipment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
